How to use blueprint·share

Getting Started

Blueprint·share is a tool for pasting, visualizing, and sharing Unreal Engine blueprints. No account is required—simply paste your blueprint and share the link.

Creating a Paste

  1. In Unreal Engine, select the blueprint nodes you want to share (or the entire graph).
  2. Press Ctrl+C (orCmd+C on Mac) to copy.
  3. Go to /new on this site.
  4. Paste the clipboard text into the form, add a title, and configure options.
  5. Click "Create paste" to generate your shareable link.

Viewing a Blueprint

Once a paste is created, you'll see an interactive canvas similar to the Unreal Engine Blueprint editor. You can:

  • Pan by clicking and dragging on the canvas.
  • Zoom in/out using mouse wheel or the controls.
  • Click "Copy blueprint to clipboard" to copy the raw text back into UE.

Exposure Options

Public: Listed in the Discover page and accessible to anyone with the link.
Unlisted: Not listed publicly, but anyone with the direct link can view it.
Private: Requires the exact link; not indexed or searchable.

Expiration

You can set pastes to expire after 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month. Expired pastes are automatically purged and return a 410 Gone status. Choose "Never" for permanent pastes (subject to our terms of service).

Technical Details

Blueprint·share parses the Unreal Engine clipboard format, extracts nodes, pins, and connections, then renders them using a React-based graph visualization library. All parsing happens server-side; your browser receives a pre-processed JSON graph for instant rendering.

We preserve the exact raw clipboard text so that copying back to UE is lossless. The parser is designed to handle UE 4.x and 5.x blueprint formats.

Limitations

  • Large blueprints (>1000 nodes) may render slowly in the browser.
  • Some advanced node types may display with generic styling.
  • We don't execute or validate blueprint logic—visualization only.
  • No user accounts or editing; pastes are immutable after creation.

Privacy & Safety

Blueprint·share does not require user accounts, tracking cookies, or age verification. We store only the blueprint data you explicitly paste. Public pastes are visible to everyone; use unlisted or private exposure for sensitive content.
